Method for preparing refractory composite brick from waste refractory material
The invention relates to the field of refractory bricks, in particular to a method for preparing a refractory composite brick by using a waste refractory material, which comprises the following steps: crushing, grinding and sieving a waste refractory brick, and sequentially carrying out pre-magnetic separation and ultrasonic enhanced biological acid leaching to prepare a low-iron refractory brick green brick; the mullite whisker in-situ reinforced cordierite-mullite porous structure is introduced into the refractory brick by controlling the raw material ratio of the auxiliary agent, and the mullite whisker formed by coal gangue is in a needle shape by controlling the mixing amount of the coal gangue, so that an interlocking structure is formed; the yttrium-doped silicon organic framework is adopted to modify phenolic resin, and the introduction of the yttrium-doped silicon organic framework modified resin is beneficial to the structural densification of the phenolic resin and can effectively improve the generation of a high-silicon amorphous phase in the refractory brick, so that the alkali corrosion resistance of the refractory brick is improved; and yttrium oxide and titanium dioxide are formed after the yttrium-doped organic framework modified resin is sintered, so that the compactness and the wear resistance of the refractory brick are effectively improved.
