Comprising the following steps: soaking pretreated glass fibers in a mercaptopropyl-containing silane coupling agent for a certain time, and airing to obtain modified glass fibers; pouring the modified glass fiber, nylon, a flexibilizer, an antioxidant, a lubricant, a flowable agent and nano powder into a twin-screw extruder, carrying out melt blending, and extruding to obtain master batches; after the master batch is dried, the master batch is subjected to melt extrusion by using a single-screw extruder and is drawn to be shaped through a mold, the heat insulation strip is obtained, and the obtained heat insulation strip is high in strength, high in temperature resistance grade, good in heat insulation effect, not prone to deformation and simple in preparation method.
本发明涉一种隔热条制备方法、建筑门窗幕墙用聚氨酯尼龙复合型材;包括如下步骤:预处理的玻璃纤维浸泡于含巯丙基的硅烷偶联剂中,浸泡一定时间后,晾干,获得改性的玻璃纤维;将改性的玻璃纤维、尼龙、增韧剂、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、流动剂和纳米粉倒入到双螺杆挤出机,熔融共混,挤出获得母粒;将母粒干燥后,利用单螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,牵引通过模具定型,获得隔热条,获得的隔热条强度高,耐温等级高,隔热效果好,不易产生形变,制备方法简单。
