The invention belongs to the technical field of subway tunnels, and particularly relates to a subway tunnel vibration and noise reduction device which comprises a shield shell, and a supporting seat is fixedly mounted in the shield shell; a flat plate is fixedly mounted on the surface of the supporting seat; the flat plate is arranged on the lower surface of the subway track; a supporting clamping block is fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the flat plate; during working, when a subway train passes through the surface of a subway track, vibration and part of noise generated by train running can be transmitted to the surfaces of the flat plate and the anti-vibration cushion layer, rubber concrete and polymer damping materials in the anti-vibration cushion layer can block part of vibration, pressure borne by the anti-vibration cushion layer and the flat plate is reduced, and the anti-vibration effect is improved. Through the supporting clamping blocks with the hollow interiors, noise generated when the train passes through can be subjected to energy conversion in the cavities, and therefore noise propagation is relieved; the influence of vibration waves and noise generated when the subway passes through a residential area on people is avoided, and normal living of people is facilitated.
