A vibration reduction barrier structure for a subway tunnel comprises a barrier, a vibration reduction device and a rail supporting mechanism. The barrier is arranged in a tunnel and connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the tunnel through a plurality of vibration reduction devices. The rail supporting mechanism is arranged at the bottom in the barrier, and the barrier is provided with at least two sets of elastic hydraulic devices used for being connected with the rail supporting mechanism to achieve vibration reduction. The elastic hydraulic devices are symmetrically arranged on the two horizontal sides of the rail supporting mechanism.
