The invention relates to a novel prestress strand pulling device applied to a segmental girder bridge, which comprises a power propulsion assembly, a through hole pretreatment assembly, a protective cap and a sphere assembly, and is characterized in that the power propulsion assembly is used for providing power for the through hole pretreatment assembly and the sphere assembly while being used for pulling a prestress steel strand; and the through hole pretreatment assembly is located and connected with the power propulsion assembly and used for conducting linear checking and inner wall cleaning on the corrugated pipe. The power propelling assembly is used for replacing a traditional power propelling device, the through hole pretreatment assembly is used for solving the problems that the steel strand penetrating space is small, the hole channel radian and line shape are not clear, and edges exist, the steel strand is prevented from being scratched through the protective cap, the steel strand can be prevented from being positioned and wound through the ball assembly, the construction speed can be remarkably increased, and the construction cost is reduced. The prestressed steel strand is prevented from being scratched and wound, the construction precision and efficiency are greatly improved, and the construction quality of the segmental beam is guaranteed.
