The invention relates to a rapid pre-stress strand pulling method for a prefabricated part, which realizes rapid pre-stress strand pulling of the prefabricated part through positioning of the prefabricated part, overall strand pulling of a steel strand and tensioning pre-stress construction. The construction method comprises the steps of prefabricated part construction, prefabricated part installation, prestressed steel strand overall strand pulling, prestressed steel strand graded tensioning and grouting after prestressed steel strand tensioning. The installation process of the prefabricated parts is optimized, construction is effectively facilitated, traffic pressure is reduced, and the safety coefficient and efficiency benefits are improved; the prestressed steel strands are integrally penetrated, uneven stress caused by mutual winding of the steel wires or the steel strands is avoided, rapid installation is achieved, and the assembly process of the prefabricated parts is simple, convenient, accurate and efficient.
