A rotating vertical shaft capable of moving up and down in the length direction of the main shaft is arranged in the main shaft, the rotating vertical shaft is driven by a driving assembly to move up and down, the bottom of the rotating vertical shaft is fixedly connected with a rotating transverse shaft, and the rotating transverse shaft is sleeved with a sliding assembly capable of moving in the length direction of the rotating transverse shaft. The sliding assembly is rotationally connected with a storage platform used for installing a jack. Under the condition that the operation space is limited, the jack can be freely and flexibly installed and operated, the tensioning requirements of different positions are met, the construction difficulty is reduced, meanwhile, the safety risk of high-place operation is reduced, and the construction safety is improved.
