The invention provides a box girder hogging moment tensioning movable trolley which comprises a frame, a movable trolley body and a movable trolley body. A mounting frame extending upwards is arranged in front of the frame. The mounting pipe is fixed in the middle of the mounting frame and extends in the longitudinal direction; the rotating shaft is rotationally assembled in the mounting pipe, and a square pipe extending horizontally is fixed to the lower end of the rotating shaft; one end of the telescopic rod is rotationally connected with tensioning equipment, and the other end of the telescopic rod is assembled in the square pipe in a sliding mode; and the lifting piece is correspondingly connected with the square pipe so as to lift or lower the square pipe along the axial direction of the mounting pipe. Tensioning equipment can be directly lowered to the position of the toothed plate through lifting of the rotating shaft, then the tensioning equipment is aligned to the toothed plate through rotation, the tensioning equipment and the telescopic rod can rotate, a worker can conveniently correct the angle of the tensioning equipment, operation of the worker is facilitated, and installation inconvenience caused by the large weight of an oil jack during suspended operation of the worker is avoided; and the safety of tensioning operators is ensured.
