Wherein low-heat concrete is adopted in diversion tunnel plug pouring, and full-length non-segmented integral pouring and consolidation are conducted to complete plugging; c25W12F100 secondary pump low-heat concrete is adopted for pouring of a diversion tunnel plug, and the slump is 160-180 mm; the full length of the diversion tunnel plug is not segmented, and the diversion tunnel plug is cast in three bins. According to the construction method, the diversion tunnel is blocked in a full-length non-segmented mode, compared with a traditional mode of bin-divided and segmented pouring, the construction period is shortened, and conditions are created for follow-up construction. The low-heat cement concrete is adopted for pouring the diversion tunnel plugging section, the highest temperature in the low-heat cement concrete is lower than that of moderate-heat cement under the same condition by 8-10 DEG C, temperature control indexes such as the cooling rate and the target temperature are easier to reach, and the concrete quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种导流洞封堵施工方法。包括以下步骤:导流洞封堵准备,出口混凝土围堰浇筑和上游挡水坎浇筑,排水,导流洞堵头浇筑,混凝土温控;其中:导流洞堵头浇筑采用低热混凝土,通长不分段整体浇筑固结完成封堵;导流洞堵头浇筑采用C25W12F100二级配泵送低热混凝土,坍落度160~180mm;导流洞堵头通长不分段,导流洞堵头分三仓浇筑完成。本发明施工方法采用通长不分段的方式进行导流洞封堵,较传统方式分仓分段浇筑,节约了工期,为后续施工创造了条件。本发明采用低热水泥混凝土进行导流洞封堵段浇筑,低热水泥混凝土内部最高温度比中热水泥在同等条件下低8~10℃,降温速率及目标温度等温控指标更易达到,混凝土质量得以保证。
