Safe sawtooth trowel for polystyrene insulation board
The invention discloses a safe sawtooth trowel for a polystyrene insulation board, and relates to an auxiliary tool for external wall insulation board construction in house building construction. The device comprises a bottom plate, sawteeth and a handle, and is characterized in that the sawteeth are mounted on the bottom plate through a supporting piece, and a top plate is mounted above the bottom plate and the sawteeth. The sawteeth comprise transverse sawteeth and vertical sawteeth, the transverse sawteeth are located at the two ends of the bottom plate respectively, the vertical sawteeth are located on the two sides of the bottom plate respectively, and sliding knobs are fixed to the ends of sawtooth bodies. The supporting piece comprises a transverse supporting block and a vertical supporting block, and the transverse supporting block and the vertical supporting block form a supporting block set which is located at the four corners of the bottom plate respectively. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the device is divided into the bottom plate, the sawteeth and the top plate, the sawteeth can slide on the bottom plate, the device can be used as a trowel to conduct the mortar plastering procedure and can also play a role of a saw, and potential safety hazards caused by tool hand changing are avoided.
