Method for producing calcium hydroxide by using waste carbide slag
The invention discloses a production method for producing calcium hydroxide by using waste carbide slag. The production method comprises the following steps: 1) refining the waste carbide slag; 2) calcining the refined carbide slag into high-quality calcium oxide, mixing the obtained high-quality calcium oxide with the refined carbide slag, and conveying the mixture into a quick lime digestion system; 3) completing a reaction through a quick lime digestion system, and performing dehumidification, dust removal, cooling and impurity removal to obtain a semi-finished product of calcium hydroxide; and 4) grinding the semi-finished product calcium hydroxide, and sorting the ground calcium hydroxide according to the required mesh number to finally obtain the finished product calcium hydroxide. The process provided by the invention reduces environmental pollution and emission of carbon dioxide in the calcium oxide production process, reasonably uses wastes, recycles resources, reduces resource waste, generates economic benefits, has a good market prospect, and contributes to environmental protection career in China.
本发明公开了一种利用废弃电石渣生产氢氧化钙的生产方法,包括以下步骤:1)将废弃电石渣进行精制;2)将精制的电石渣煅烧为高品质氧化钙,然后将得到高品质氧化钙与精制的电石渣混合后,输送到生石灰消化系统中;3)通过生石灰消化系统完成反应,以及除湿、除尘、降温、除杂的过程,得到半成品氢氧化钙;4)将半成品氢氧化钙经过研磨后,根据需要的目数对研磨后的氢氧化钙进行分选,最终得到成品氢氧化钙。本发明所提供的工艺减少了环境污染和氧化钙生产过程中二氧化碳的排放,合理使用废弃物,让资源再生利用,减少资源浪费,产生经济效益,具有良好的市场前景,为我国环保事业贡献力量。
