High-efficiency and high-quality mixing process and device for producing calcium hydroxide from carbide slag
The invention particularly relates to a high-efficiency and high-quality mixing process for producing calcium hydroxide from carbide slag and a device thereof. The process comprises the following steps: 1) mixing the carbide slag, lime and a dispersing agent; 2) feeding to a digestion unit for primary reaction; 3) curing and scattering to obtain a semi-finished product; 4) sorting; (5) subpackaging and storing; and (6) removing dust from the waste gas, condensing the water vapor, absorbing ammonia nitrogen components in a water film absorption tower, and returning superfine dust to the digestion unit to participate in reaction. The device comprises a mixing unit, a digestion unit, an ager, a winnowing machine, a finished product bin and a storage tank subpackaging unit which are sequentially connected, wherein loose powder elevators are respectively arranged between the digestion unit and the ager and between a powder concentrator and the finished product bin. According to the method, the carbide slag and the lime are fully mixed, a large amount of moisture is removed in the digestion equipment by utilizing heat generated by raw material reaction, part of moisture is absorbed by utilizing the lime, and finally, high-quality 93%-purity calcium hydroxide with low magnesium, low silicon and low ammonia nitrogen is screened out through the powder concentrator.
本发明具体涉及一种电石渣生产氢氧化钙的高效高质混料工艺及其装置,工艺步骤如下:1)将电石渣、石灰和分散剂进行混合;2)送至消化单元进行初反应;3)熟化、扬散后得到半成品;4)分选;5)分装储存;6)废气除尘,水蒸气经冷凝后进入水膜吸收塔吸收氨氮成分,超细尘回送到消化单元参与反应。装置包括依次连接的混料单元、消化单元、熟化器、风选机、成品仓和储罐分装单元,所述消化单元和熟化器之间、选粉机和成品仓之间分别设有散粉提升机。本发明将电石渣和石灰充分混合,在消化设备利用原料反应自生成的热量排除大量水分,并利用石灰吸收部分水分,最后通过选粉机筛选出高质量93%纯度低镁低硅低氨氮的氢氧化钙。
