The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses a low-alkali high-strength cement clinker and a processing technology thereof. The low-alkali high-strength cement clinker is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight based on the total weight of raw materials: 80 to 85 percent of limestone, 2 to 5 percent of fly ash, 2 to 4 percent of copper slag, 2 to 4 percent of phosphorus slag, 2 to 3 percent of montmorillonite and 4 to 7 percent of silica. The processing technology of the low-alkali high-strength cement clinker sequentially comprises the following steps: grinding raw materials, homogenizing, calcining and cooling; and the calcining temperature is 1300 to 1350 DEG C. The alkali content of the produced cement clinker is lower than 0.5, the 3d compressive strength of the cement clinker can reach 28.7-36.9 Mpa, the 28d compressive strength of the cement clinker can reach 56.9-66.4 Mpa, the effects of reducing the alkali content and improving the strength are achieved, and higher construction requirements can be met.
