The preparation method comprises the steps of material mixing, compression molding, heat treatment, surface treatment and packaging. And the manufactured friction plate is high in strength, stable in friction coefficient, low in wear rate, free of recession and suitable for various low-speed heavy-load mine cars and engineering vehicles, and the noise is lower than 75 decibels.
