The invention discloses a process method for preparing an anti-permeation water-resistant quartz stone plate. The process method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing raw materials in percentage by weight; (2) uniformly mixing and stirring the formula raw materials; (3) putting a grain mold prepared according to the grain pattern on a spreading plate, unloading the mixture to other parts except the grain mold, spreading, and pre-pressing by a roller; (4) the grain mold is taken out, a prefabricated plate with hollowed-out patterns is manufactured, and the hollowed-out patterns are provided with main patterns and fine patterns extending outwards; (5) coating the edges of the main lines of the prefabricated plate material with colored slurry, and filling the fine lines with the colored slurry; (6) filling gaps of the main patterns with the mixed material with the grain color, and then carrying out compression molding to obtain a molded checkered plate; and (7) after medium-temperature curing, standing at normal temperature for 24 hours, determining the thickness, and polishing to finally obtain the anti-permeation water-resistant quartz stone plate. By adopting the method, the pattern lines of each product can be consistent, the simulation degree is high, and the mechanical property is excellent.
