The invention discloses a manufacturing process of an anti-cracking quartzite plate, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing raw materials: 65-80% of quartzite, 15-20% of quartz powder, 0.5-1.5% of silane coupling agent, 5-15% of unsaturated polyester resin and 0.5-2% of curing agent; step 2, firstly adding unsaturated polyester resin, a silane coupling agent and a curing agent into a high-speed dispersion machine to obtain a uniformly mixed material, and then putting the mixed material into sanding equipment for grinding and dispersing treatment; 3, stirring and mixing the quartz stone and the quartz powder with the prepared mixture, and spreading the uniformly mixed mixture in a mold with strip-shaped bulges at the bottom to be flat; steel bars prepared in advance and matched with the steel bars in size are installed in the embedding grooves to be bonded and fixed; the steel bar structure is additionally arranged in the quartz stone plate, so that the impact resistance of the whole quartz stone plate is improved, and the situation that the quartz stone plate is broken after being subjected to large impact is avoided.
