The invention provides an offshore deep pile platform-free counter-force providing steel casing pulling method which comprises the following steps: injecting water into a steel casing inserted and driven into a sludge layer or a clay layer, sealing the outer wall of the steel casing and the sludge layer or the clay layer, and reserving a water-free space at the upper end of the steel casing; a sealing plate is welded in a working cavity of the steel casing, a cover plate is welded at the top end of the steel casing, and a plurality of stiffening ribs are arranged on the sealing plate before the cover plate is welded, so that the load of the sealing plate in the axial direction of the steel casing is transmitted to the cover plate; an air tap is arranged on the side wall of the steel casing and corresponds to the working cavity, an air injection device is connected to the air tap through a pipeline, air is injected into the working cavity through the air injection device, and then the steel casing is ejected out. The steel casing, the sealing plate and the cover plate at the top of the steel casing and the space between the outer wall of the steel casing and the sludge layer or the clay layer are utilized to form the closed space, counterforce is provided for the steel casing in the closed space through air pressure to pull out the steel casing, the larger the air pressure is, the larger the counterforce is, and safety is effectively improved.
本发明创造提供了一种海上深桩无平台提供反力钢护筒起拔方法,向插打进入淤泥层或黏土层以下的钢护筒内注水,钢护筒外壁与淤泥层或黏土层形成密封,在钢护筒上端预留无水空间;钢护筒工作腔内焊接封板,钢护筒顶端焊接盖板,并在焊接所述盖板前,于封板上布置若干加劲肋,以将封板沿钢护筒轴向的受载传递给盖板;在钢护筒侧壁上对应工作腔设置气嘴,并在气嘴上通过管路连接注气设备,通过注气设备向工作腔内注入气体,进而将钢护筒顶出。本发明创造利用钢护筒、钢护筒顶部的封板及盖板、以及钢护筒外壁与淤泥层或黏土层间组成密闭空间,并在密闭空间利用气压给钢护筒提供反力拔出钢护筒,气压越大反拔力越大,有效提高了安全性。
