Fabricated portal rigid frame structure supporting system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated portal rigid frame structure supporting system and a construction method thereof. The supporting system comprises two rows of piles and an H-shaped steel coupling beam connected between the two rows of piles. Each row of piles comprises a plurality of H-shaped steel piles vertically arranged at intervals and U-shaped steel sheet piles assembled between every two adjacent H-shaped steel piles. The straight line edge of the U-shaped steel sheet pile is connected with the flange side edge of the H-shaped steel pile; the H-shaped steel piles in the two rows of piles are oppositely arranged, flanges are opposite, and the upper portions of the H-shaped steel piles are connected through H-shaped steel connecting beams to form a rectangular door type rigid frame structure. The supporting system is safe, reliable, high in overall flexural rigidity, high in deformation control capacity and capable of effectively retaining soil and stopping water, all the components are pre-machined and formed and can be quickly assembled on site, and the cyclic utilization rate of all the components is high; the method is particularly suitable for deep foundation pit engineering which is large in foundation pit excavation area and does not need to be provided with a horizontal inner support.
