The invention discloses a construction method for building an inspection well on a quicksand layer and a sludge layer, which comprises the following steps: step 1, drilling a pit on the ground, adding high-concentration slurry by adopting an impact drilling machine, and drilling the pit on the ground; a working pit larger than the diameter of the inspection well is dug; step 2, manufacturing an inspection well: manufacturing the inspection well on site according to design requirements and the size fit of the working pit; and 3, water is injected into the inspection well, and the prefabricated inspection well is filled with water. The effect of efficiently utilizing waste heat of the dilute nitric acid production system is achieved, the requirement for digging a precipitation well is omitted, cost is reduced, construction time is short, meanwhile, large-area damage to a construction site is avoided, influences on life of people are reduced to the maximum extent, and pollution to the environment is prevented.
