The invention discloses a profile for doors and windows. The profile comprises a left side plate and a right side plate. The left side plate and the right side plate are the same in structure and are arranged in parallel, two inner plates perpendicular to the side plates are arranged between the left side plate and the right side plate, and mounting grooves are formed in the ends of the inner plates and the ends of the side plates. The invention further discloses a forming method. A double-side extending frame type structure is adopted, one side extending edge forms a mounting groove structure with a single opening and can be used for mounting of parts such as wheels and hanging wheels, the other side extending edge forms a mounting groove structure with a single opening, a glass mounting notch is formed by welding and sealing in the mounting groove structure, the whole structure is machined through a rolling machine and a dead edge machine, the structure is simple, machining is convenient, and cost is low. Meanwhile, the whole structure of the door square is made of stainless steel, and compared with a traditional door square, the door square has better welding performance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and other excellent performance and higher cost performance.
本发明公开了一种门窗用型材,包括包括左侧板以及右侧板;所述左侧板以及右侧板结构相同且平行设置,所述左侧板与右侧板之间设有2个与侧板垂直设置的内板,所述内板与侧板端部形成安装槽。还包括其成型方法。采用双侧延伸式的框架式结构,一侧延边形成单边开口的安装槽结构,可用于轮子、吊轮等部件的装设,另一侧延边形成单边开口的安装槽结构内焊接封口,形成玻璃装设槽口,整体结构采用滚机和死边机加工而成,结构简单,加工方便,同时该门方整体结构采用不锈钢加工,相较于传统门方具有更好的焊接性能、耐腐蚀性以及耐热性能等优良的性能具有更高的性价比。
