本发明公开了应用于陶瓷生产车间的次品划痕断裂陶瓷修复装置，包括有基座构件与涂料部件，所述基座构件的顶侧设置有螺栓装配的上料组件，所述基座构件的两侧上方设置有螺栓装配的调节机构，且所述调节机构上设置有涂料部件，所述基座构件的一端上方设置有螺栓装配的整平机构。该发明装置主要是利用在两组轴向运行的丝杆盒的一端设置气缸驱动的伸缩杆，通过电动丝杆的输出动力使得轴向运动的丝杆盒能够实时的精准的运行在修复加工的位置，通过电动旋转座与动力机械臂的相互配合下，能够让圆锥状构造的出料口精确的将需要输出的涂料涂抹在修复瓷砖的损伤表面，这样减少消耗量的同时提升了修复瓷砖的美观度，从而降低了用户的使用成本。
