The invention discloses a prefabricated tubular pile with a pile bottom expanding device and a construction method, the prefabricated tubular pile comprises a hollow pile body, a grouting pipe, a pile tip and a diffusion wing, the grouting pipe is nested in an internal hollow structure of the hollow pile body, the pile tip is arranged at the bottom of the grouting pipe, a first grouting hole is formed in the pile tip, one end of the first grouting hole is communicated with the grouting pipe, and the other end of the first grouting hole is communicated with the diffusion wing. The other end is led into the stratum structure; the diffusion wing is hinged to the bottom of the grouting pipe, and the diffusion wing can be folded or unfolded along the hinged position; a second grouting hole is formed in the grouting pipe, one end of the second grouting hole communicates with the grouting pipe, and the other end of the second grouting hole communicates with the diffusion wing. The pile tip and the diffusion wing enable the expansion head integral structure formed after concrete grout grouting and the grout spreading direction to be controllable, so that the expansion head with a more stable structure is obtained, and the bearing capacity of the expansion head is enhanced; and the diffusion wings can enable most of the grout to be diffused in the direction of the diffusion wings, and the expansion area of the concrete grout can be increased, so that the bearing capacity and the pulling resistance are further enhanced.
