The invention relates to equipment foundation construction, in particular to an embedded bolt group high-precision fixing device for a large equipment foundation and a using method. A positioning frame is arranged above the equipment foundation in a covering mode and comprises a cross beam and a vertical beam, the vertical beam is arranged on the outer side of the equipment foundation, and an embedded bolt positioning assembly is detachably connected to the cross beam. The embedded bolt positioning assembly comprises a vertical rod and a positioning plate, the upper end of the vertical rod is connected with the cross beam, the lower end of the vertical rod is detachably connected with the positioning plate, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the positioning plate, and bolt positioning structures are arranged outside the mounting holes; the bolt positioning structure comprises top plates and positioning bolts, the three top plates are circularly distributed on the outer sides of adjusting nuts of the embedded bolts, the top plates are detachably connected with the positioning plates, the positioning bolts are screwed on the top plates, and the inner ends of the positioning bolts abut against the side faces of the adjusting nuts of the embedded bolts. The installation precision and the alignment efficiency of the embedded bolt are improved, more time, labor and cost are saved during installation of the embedded bolt, and materials are recycled.
