The invention discloses a model test device and method for the influence of overlying stratum excavation unloading on an existing tunnel. A similar material of strongly weathered sandstone, a similar material of silty clay and a similar material of filling soil are sequentially laid in a model frame from bottom to top, and layered filling and paving and compacting are conducted till the designed height is reached; a displacement meter, a strain gauge and an earth pressure box are laid while the similar material and the supporting structure are laid, and leads of all monitoring elements are led out through a sensor wire outlet hole and connected with a data collector; the blank that there is no model test device and method for researching the influence mechanism of foundation pit excavation unloading on the double-row tunnel at present is filled up, and the test device and method can be used for testing displacement, deformation and soil pressure change rules of the existing tunnel under the condition of excavation unloading of an overlying stratum. The exploration of deformation characteristics and evolution laws of the existing tunnel under the conditions of excavation and unloading of the overlying strata has important significance in further revealing the deformation laws and mechanisms of the existing tunnel under the unloading conditions.
本发明公开了上覆地层开挖卸荷对既有隧道影响的模型试验装置及方法,在模型架内由下至上依次铺设强风化砂岩的相似材料、粉质黏土的相似材料和填筑土的相似材料,分层填铺、压实直至到设计高度;在铺设相似材料和支护结构的同时铺设位移计、应变片和土压力盒,所有监测元件的引线经传感器出线孔引出并与数据采集器连接;填补了目前尚无考虑基坑开挖卸荷对双排隧道的影响机理研究的模型试验装置和方法的空白,利用该试验装置及方法能够对上覆地层开挖卸荷条件下既有隧道的位移、变形及土压力变化规律进行试验,探究上覆地层开挖卸荷条件下既有隧道的变形特性和演化规律,进一步揭示既有隧道在卸荷条件下的变形规律和机理具有重要意义。
