Cover-excavation top-down construction method for overlying existing pipeline
The invention discloses a cover and excavation top-down construction method for overlying an existing pipeline, which comprises the following steps: constructing an enclosure diaphragm wall around a subway station, and constructing a concrete filled steel tube middle column in the middle of the subway station; a standby pipeline is newly built, and then the existing pipeline is connected into the standby pipeline; respectively excavating and constructing a south side top plate and a north side top plate; restoring to the existing pipeline, and covering soil on the top plate on the south side; and main body structure construction is conducted through a cover-excavation top-down construction method. According to the construction method, the south-side roof and the north-side roof are constructed respectively, traffic of the south-side roof area can be recovered after the south-side roof is constructed, the north-side roof only needs to be reserved with a soil outlet hole, the number of enclosure areas is small, the construction efficiency is high, and occupied ground can be reduced to the maximum extent by adopting the cover-excavation top-down construction method for follow-up main engineering; in the construction process of the south top plate, the existing pipeline is connected to the standby pipeline, normal use of the pipeline can be guaranteed, limitation of the existing pipeline to construction of the south top plate can be avoided, and the construction efficiency can be further improved.
本发明公开了一种上覆既有管线的盖挖逆作施工方法,在地铁车站周围施做围护地连墙,并在地铁车站中部施工钢管混凝土中柱;新建备用管道,然后改接将现有既有管道接入备用管道;分别开挖施工南侧顶板和北侧顶板;还原到既有管道,在南侧顶板上覆土;采用盖挖逆作法进行主体结构施工。本施工方法分别施工南侧顶板和北侧顶板,在南侧顶板施工完成后即可恢复南侧顶板区域的通车,北侧顶板仅需要预留出土孔,围蔽区域少,施工效率高,后续主体工程采用盖挖逆作法施工能最大程度减少对地面的占用;在南侧顶板施工过程中将既有管道连接至备用管道,既能保障管道的正常使用,又能避免既有管道对南侧顶板施工的限制,能进一步提升施工效率。
