The invention discloses a pollution discharge control method, a pollution discharge control device and a closestool. The closestool comprises a closestool seat body, a brush ring flushing device and a blow-off pipe; the blow-off pipe is provided with a sewage inlet, a sewage outlet and an overflow port; the sewage inlet is communicated with the sewage outlet of the toilet seat body, and the sewage outlet is arranged to be capable of rotating between an initial position and a sewage discharging position relative to the toilet seat body; when the blow-off pipe is located at the initial position, the overflow port is located on the lower side of the blow-off port and located on the upper side of the sewage inlet, and the water sealing surface of the closestool is flush with the lowest point of the overflow port; the blow-off control method comprises the following steps: controlling the brush ring flushing device to flush water to the pan surface of the toilet seat body based on the initial position of the blow-off pipe so as to increase the water seal height of the toilet; and controlling the blow-off pipe to rotate downwards from the initial position to the blow-off position so as to discharge dirt. According to the scheme, the pollution discharge flushing effect can be improved, the concepts of water conservation, low carbon and energy conservation are met, the electric control program can be simplified, and the electric control fault risk is reduced.
