The invention discloses a blow-off pipe, a blow-off system and a closestool. The blow-off pipe comprises a pipe main body, the pipe main body is provided with a sewage inlet, a sewage outlet and an overflow port, the sewage outlet and the sewage inlet face different directions, the sewage inlet is arranged to be communicated with a sewage outlet of the toilet seat body, and the pipe main body is arranged to be capable of rotating between an initial position and a sewage discharge position around the central axis of the sewage inlet relative to the toilet seat body; when the pipe body is located at the initial position, an opening of the sewage draining exit faces upwards, and the overflow opening is located on the lower side of the sewage draining exit and located on the upper side of the sewage inlet. According to the scheme, the overflow opening is additionally formed in the blow-off pipe, so that the water sealing surface of the closestool is located at a relatively low position in a non-blow-off state, and the situation that water is prone to splashing when a user goes to the toilet due to the too high water sealing surface of the closestool is avoided; and the overflow flow of the overflow port is far smaller than the water inlet flow of the toilet seat body, so that the water seal surface of the toilet can be raised to a relatively high position during pollution discharge, the gravitational potential energy of flushing water is further improved, and the pollution discharge flushing effect is improved.
