Concave-convex groove connecting method for prefabricated concrete vertical component and horizontal component
The invention discloses a concave-convex groove connecting piece and a connecting method for a vertical concrete component and a horizontal concrete component. The concave-convex groove connecting piece comprises the horizontal prefabricated concrete component, the vertical prefabricated concrete component and a cast-in-place connecting part. The prefabricated concrete horizontal member is of a coupled beam structure formed by two single beams and a transverse bottom plate, a beam groove is formed in the coupled beam structure, and a reserved exposed stirrup is installed in the beam groove. The prefabricated concrete vertical component comprises a prefabricated column and a column bottom reserved door-shaped rib arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated column. The column bottom reserved door-shaped rib is inserted into the beam upper groove, and a cast-in-place connecting part is formed by pouring a connecting space between the column bottom reserved door-shaped rib and the beam upper groove. The formwork erecting work is omitted, the construction process is simplified, the positioning construction precision requirement of the prefabricated part is lowered, and the purpose of adjusting the vertical and horizontal positions of the prefabricated part is achieved.
