The invention discloses a prefabricated and assembled separable concave-convex groove connection type track structure. A prefabricated track beam is connected with a prefabricated base beam through a cast-in-place connecting part; the prefabricated track beam comprises a track beam longitudinal beam, a track beam transverse beam, a track beam rail bearing table and a track beam convex column, the lower end of the track beam convex column is coated with an isolating layer, the prefabricated base beam comprises a base beam longitudinal beam, a base beam transverse beam and base beam grooves, and the base beam grooves are formed in the base beam longitudinal beam at intervals; when the base beam groove and the track beam protruding column are installed, the base beam groove and the track beam protruding column are in an up-and-down corresponding state. The track beam convex columns at the lower ends of the prefabricated track beams are inserted into the base beam grooves, then strength connection is conducted in a cast-in-place construction mode, the assembly rate of the track structure is increased, and the workload of cast-in-place is reduced; according to different vibration reduction requirements, the track beam convex columns are wrapped with vibration reduction cushion layers or additionally provided with vibration reduction base plates, the track beam can be applied to sections without vibration reduction or sections with different vibration reduction requirements, the track structure types are reduced, and adjustment of the vibration reduction grade in the operation stage is facilitated.
