Shock absorption and energy dissipation steel support
The invention provides a shock-absorbing and energy-consuming steel support. The shock-absorbing and energy-consuming steel support comprises a box body, a middle main body, an elastic assembly, a damping assembly and a support plate, wherein one end of the middle main body is connected with the support plate, the other end of the middle main body is slidably connected with the box body, and the middle main body and the box body can relatively slide in the first direction; the box body is provided with two accommodating cavities which are formed in the two opposite sides of the middle main body in the first direction; the elastic assembly comprises two elastic pieces located in the two containing cavities respectively, one end of each elastic piece is connected with the middle main body, and the other end of each elastic piece can abut against the cavity wall of the corresponding containing cavity when the middle main body and the box body relatively slide to a first set distance; and the damping assembly comprises two damping pieces which are arranged on the two opposite sides of the middle main body in the second direction correspondingly, the two ends of the damping pieces are connected with the box body and the support plate correspondingly, and the damping pieces are used for limiting relative movement of the box body and the support plate in the first direction. The problem that a traditional steel support cannot have the horizontal rigidity and the shock absorption and energy dissipation performance at the same time is solved.
本发明提供了一种减震耗能钢支座,包括箱体、中间主体、弹性组件、阻尼组件及支座板;其中,中间主体,一端与支座板连接,另一端与箱体滑动连接,中间主体与箱体能够沿第一方向发生相对滑动;箱体,具有两个设置在中间主体沿第一方向上的相对两侧的容纳腔;弹性组件,包括两个分别位于两个容纳腔内的弹性件,弹性件的一端与中间主体连接,另一端并能够在中间主体与箱体相对滑动至第一设定距离时与容纳腔的腔壁抵接;阻尼组件,包括两个分别设置在中间主体沿第二方向上的相对两侧的两个阻尼件,阻尼件的两端分别与箱体及支座板连接并用于限制箱体与支座板在第一方向上的相对移动。本发明解决了传统钢支座无法兼具水平刚度及减震耗能性能的问题。
