All bolts I are taken down from respective mounting plates I in sequence, and all bolts II are taken down from respective mounting plates II in sequence, so that the fence I and the fence II can be taken down from the two supporting columns, and the top plate I and the top plate II can be taken down from the two connecting blocks, thereby providing convenience for mounting and dismounting; and the folding can be carried out under the condition of not damaging fence components.
