Impact type dry hole underreaming drill bit
The invention provides an underreaming drill bit which is hung to a pile hole through a winch on the ground, and can gradually expand a straight cylindrical hole bottom into a spindle shape by means of potential energy and kinetic energy accumulated by the gravity of the underreaming drill bit and by means of an impact mode and a mode of expanding the hole diameter at a specific position of the hole bottom. According to the bottom expanding drill bit, through autonomous guiding and tunneling, the bottom hole diameter can be expanded after a cast-in-place pile hole is formed, and residue soil obtained after diameter expanding can be completely collected and transported to the ground. The underreaming drill bit is light, reliable, high in working efficiency, large in diameter expanding multiplying power and capable of improving the construction technical level of hole drilling and reaming.
本发明提出了一种通过地面的卷扬机向桩孔吊放,能依靠本身的重力所累积的势能和动能,采用冲击方式,通过在孔底特定位置扩大孔径的方式,将直筒状的孔底逐步扩大为纺锤状的扩底钻头。该扩底钻头,通过自主导向和掘进,既能进行灌注桩成孔后扩大底部孔径,还能将扩径的渣土完全收集并运输至地面。该扩底钻头轻便可靠,工作效率高,扩径倍率大,能提高钻扩孔的施工技术水平。
