Inorganic modified polycarboxylic acid ceramic water reducer and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an inorganic modified polycarboxylic acid ceramic water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation raw materials of the inorganic modified polycarboxylic acid ceramic water reducing agent comprise the following components: a reaction monomer, phosphate, silicate, a reducing agent, an initiator, a neutralizer, a stabilizer and water, the reaction monomer is selected from at least one of unsaturated carboxylic acid monomers and sulfonic acid monomers. According to the inorganic modified polycarboxylic acid ceramic water reducing agent, through optimization of preparation raw materials and control of specific process parameters, inorganic silicate, phosphate and polycarboxylic acid polymer form a macromolecular compound, so that the inorganic modified polycarboxylic acid polymer ceramic water reducing agent is obtained. Under the condition of the same addition amount of solid content, the performance of the high-molecular polycarboxylic acid water reducer is obviously superior to that of a ceramic water reducer obtained by physically mixing organic components and inorganic components, and other high-molecular polycarboxylic acid water reducers of the same type; the water-reducing agent has the advantages of low addition amount, high water-reducing rate, excellent thixotropy resistance, low cost, good economical efficiency and the like.
