The chemical additive is a mixture of sodium trimetaphosphate and latex powder. The internal curing agent is added into the anhydrite cementing material for constructional engineering, the internal curing agent is one or two of the organic high-strength water-absorbing material and the porous water-saturated lightweight aggregate, no matter which internal curing agent is, the internal curing agent can play a water storage role in the anhydrite cementing material for constructional engineering, and in the condensation process, the internal curing agent can be used for curing water in the anhydrite cementing material for constructional engineering. And the internal curing agent can realize a reverse water drainage effect, so that the problems of lack and relatively poor stability are avoided, and the use performance of the anhydrite cementing material for constructional engineering can be improved.
