The invention discloses a method for preparing an anhydrite cementing material from ardealite. The method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, calcining an ardealite raw material containing calcium sulfate dihydrate at the temperature of at least 650 DEG C for 10-120 minutes; and step 2, grinding the calcined product in the step 1 to obtain powder, namely the phosphorus anhydrite cementing material. According to the new thought for preparing the anhydrite cementing material by utilizing the ardealite, a new way is provided for comprehensive utilization of the ardealite, particularly, a gypsum building material with controllable performance is provided for application places needing long retarding time, and the ardealite does not need to be pretreated, so that the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. And moreover, the general mildewing and scumming phenomena of ardealite products are eliminated, and a more environment-friendly utilization way of the ardealite is provided.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏制备硬石膏胶凝材料的方法,具体包括如下步骤:步骤1:把含有二水硫酸钙的磷石膏原料在至少650℃的条件下煅烧10min~120min;步骤2:对步骤1煅烧后的产物进行粉磨,得到的粉体即为所述磷硬石膏胶凝材料。本发明提出的利用磷石膏制备硬石膏胶凝材料新思路,为磷石膏的综合利用提供新的途径,特别是为需要缓凝时间长的应用场所提供性能可控的石膏建筑材料,因为不需要对磷石膏进行预处理,而且消除了磷石膏制品普遍的发霉泛霜现象,是磷石膏更为绿色环保的利用途径。
