The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant refractory material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the corrosion-resistant refractory material, the phase of the refractory material comprises corundum and one or more than two phases selected from the group consisting of CA6, C2M2A14, CM2A8 and ZrO2. The refractory material is small in high-temperature liquid phase amount, uniform in pore structure, good in thermal shock resistance, capable of being widely applied to a steelmaking production line and a refractory lining body of a rotary kiln, good in erosion resistance and low in thermal conductivity, and the performance of the refractory material is obviously superior to that of various refractory materials such as existing silicon mullite bricks and magnesium aluminate spinel bricks.
本发明公开了一种耐蚀损性耐火材料、制备方法及其应用。所述的耐蚀损性耐火材料,所述耐火材料的物相包括刚玉和选自CA6、C2M2A14、CM2A8和ZrO2中的一种或两种以上的物相。所述的耐火材料的高温液相量少、气孔结构均匀、热震稳定性能好,可广泛应用于炼钢生产线上,还可以广泛应用于回转窑的耐火衬体,抗侵蚀性能好、导热率低,性能明显优于现有硅莫砖、镁铝尖晶石砖等诸多耐火材料。
