The two ends of each damping unit set are connected with the hinge connecting piece and a hinge pin hole in the sliding block assembly through series-connection hinge pins respectively, and the two sides of the hinge connecting piece and the two sides of the sliding block assembly are symmetrically connected with the damping unit sets. The guide rail assembly is in sliding connection with the sliding block assembly. Compared with the prior art, overall energy consumption is achieved through bending deformation of the arc-shaped damping units, and the requirement of a bridge in a high-intensity area for large displacement in the transverse bridge direction of the seismic mitigation and isolation device can be met. And the device has the advantages of small installation space, convenience in later maintenance, light weight, low cost and the like.
