The invention discloses a supporting structure and system for construction of a lower cross beam of a tower column, the supporting structure comprises a supporting frame body, the supporting frame body comprises an upper supporting frame, the upper supporting frame is arranged at the bottom end of the lower cross beam in an abutting mode, and the two ends of the upper supporting frame are arranged on the inner side of the tower column in an anchoring mode; a plurality of support vertical rods; a middle support frame; and a lower support frame. The upper supporting frame is arranged at the bottom end of the construction position of the lower cross beam, the two ends of the upper supporting frame are anchored to the tower columns, and the upper supporting frame is supported through the multiple supporting vertical rods.
