The spiral wrist comprises a threaded plate, a platform, a power assisting body, a connecting shaft and a sleeve frame, the threaded plate is connected to the sleeve frame, the platform and the connecting shaft are connected in the threaded plate, the connecting shaft is rotationally matched with the power assisting body through the power assisting body, an adduction device and an occlusion structure are arranged in the power assisting body, and the adduction device and the occlusion structure are matched under the swing wing; when one end of the warning rod rotates downwards between the platform at the bottom of the spiral wrist bowl and the threaded plate, the swing wings on the two sides of the adduction device swing reversely along with the increase of the contact area with the adduction device, and the end of the warning rod is grabbed upwards in a sleeving mode by rotating on the connecting shaft through the rotating support and the meshing structure and controlled to be vertically erected on the platform.
