The invention relates to a crossing-preventing block. The crossing-preventing block comprises a base, a rectangular body connected with the base and a cross bar supporting and fixing sleeve arranged at the top of the body, wherein connecting columns are arranged on the base; connecting holes corresponding to the connecting columns are formed in the bottom of the body, and the body is mounted on the base through the matching of the connecting columns and the connecting holes; a cavity body connected with a cross bar of a road balustrade is formed in the cross bar supporting and fixing sleeve, and a rectangular flat plate region is arranged at the middle part of the body. The crossing-preventing block disclosed by the invention is beautiful in appearance and simple and convenient to assemble; the crossing-preventing block is wider, and a walking through hole is not formed in the body of the crossing-preventing block, so that when a plurality of crossing-preventing blocks are connected to form a guardrail, pedestrians cannot pass over the guardrail and the security of the pedestrian can be guaranteed. According to the invention, the large-sized flat plate region is arranged on the body of the crossing-preventing block, and an advertisement or decoration patterns can be arranged in the flat plate region, so that the decoration effect of the crossing-preventing block is improved.
