The snow-melting agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-60% of industrial salt and 40-50% of fly ash. The dry spraying type snow-melting agent spreading device comprises an industrial salt conveying unit, a coal ash conveying unit, an air supply unit and a material spraying tank, the discharge end of the industrial salt conveying unit is communicated with the spraying tank and is used for conveying industrial salt into the spraying tank; the discharge end of the fly ash conveying unit is communicated with the spraying tank and is used for conveying fly ash into the spraying tank; an air outlet of the air supply unit is communicated with the material spraying tank and is used for supplying air into the material spraying tank, so that the industrial salt and the coal ash are mixed; and an arc-shaped nozzle is arranged on the material spraying tank. The snow-melting agent does not cause soil pollution and dust flying, and is low in price; the device can ensure the uniformity of spreading, accelerates the snow melting and deicing efficiency, and is good in use effect and wide in market prospect.
