The special-shaped hole rotates to enable the flow area of the special-shaped hole and the hole of the disc with the hole to be gradually changed, so that the pressure of the spray head for spraying the liquid snow-melting agent is changed, the spraying distance of the liquid snow-melting agent is changed, the sprayed liquid snow-melting agent is rectangular, and waste of the liquid snow-melting agent is reduced while the spraying area is increased.
