The invention relates to a supporting and positioning device for wall formworks, which comprises a pair of oppositely arranged wall formworks, each wall formwork is provided with a pair of supporting steel columns which are arranged in a crossed manner and tightly abut against the wall formworks, four corners of one wall formwork are provided with first split bolts, and the four corners of the other wall formwork are provided with second split bolts. Each first split bolt sequentially penetrates through the corresponding supporting steel column, the corresponding wall formwork, the other wall formwork and the other supporting steel column. According to the method, after the wall formworks are installed, the two pairs of supporting steel columns abut against the corresponding wall formworks correspondingly, then the two pairs of supporting steel columns are fixed to the corresponding wall formworks correspondingly through the four first split bolts, and when the wall formworks are dismantled, an operator only needs to remove the first split bolts at the four corners of one pair of wall formworks in sequence, and then the wall formworks are dismantled; and then the two pairs of supporting steel columns are separated from the corresponding wall formworks, so that the problem that an operator is tedious when dismantling the wall formworks can be solved.
