According to the invention, an A and B double-liquid reaction type grouting plugging material is adopted, the A liquid is a siliceous modified active polymer and comprises CA-50 aluminate cement, carbon fiber powder, calcium formate, redispersible latex powder, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent, quick lime, fumed silica, an alkali inhibitor and a powder epoxy curing agent; the liquid B is a super quick-setting resin adhesive and comprises an epoxy resin emulsion, liquid sodium silicate, a styrene-acrylic emulsion, natural latex, a styrene-butadiene emulsion, neoprene latex, cationic emulsified asphalt and an aluminate coupling agent; after the two kinds of slurry are mixed, the two kinds of slurry react rapidly to generate gel integrated with the structure, and the water plugging and repairing effects of rapidly filling holes and seams are achieved.
