The invention relates to a concrete grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The concrete grouting material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 parts of cement; 60-80 parts of gravel; 20-25 parts of fly ash; 20-30 parts of quartz sand; 10-15 parts of recycled fiber cloth fragments; 2-3 parts of a mixed water reducing agent; wherein the recycled fiber cloth fragments are fragments of cloth formed by at least one of polyester, chinlon, acrylic fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers and viscose fibers; the mixed water reducing agent is a mixture of a polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent and a lignosulfonate type water reducing agent, and the mass ratio of the polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent to the lignosulfonate type water reducing agent is 1: (0.2-0.3). The concrete grouting material can improve the weather resistance of concrete.
