The transverse slide (13) is displaceably mounted on the frame (3) in the transverse direction (y). The steel rail grinding machine (1) comprises a coarse positioning device (22) and a fine positioning device (23), wherein the coarse positioning device (22) is used for performing coarse positioning on the transverse sliding part (13) in the transverse direction (y), and the fine positioning device (23) is used for performing fine positioning on the transverse sliding part (13).
