Prefabricated concrete assembled guardrail
The prefabricated concrete assembled guardrail comprises a concrete layer, a keel layer and a fiber cotton layer from outside to inside, the keel layer comprises pipelines which are communicated with one another, reinforcing ribs are arranged on the walls of the pipelines, the pipelines are filled with shear thickening fluid STF, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the walls of the pipelines; the pipeline is provided with a connecting pipe at the bottom of the concrete layer, and the connecting pipe is used for connecting a guardrail mounting foundation; the fiber cotton layer is filled between the dragon plating layer and the concrete coating, and fiber gaps of fiber cotton are filled with shear thickening fluid STF; a shear thickening liquid STF outlet is formed in the top of the concrete layer, and a shear thickening liquid STF inlet is formed in the bottom of the concrete layer. The anti-collision guardrail has the beneficial effects that when the guardrail is subjected to external force such as vehicle collision, the counter-acting force on a vehicle during collision can be reduced by absorbing the external force, the vehicle damage is reduced, the safety of passengers is protected, and meanwhile, the accident that the vehicle rushes into a bridge due to the fact that the vehicle damages the guardrail is reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制混凝土拼装护栏,自外向内包括混凝土层、龙骨层和纤维棉层:所述龙骨层包括相互连通的管道,管道壁上设有加强筋,管道内填充有剪切增稠液体STF,所述管道壁上设有若干通孔;所述管道在所述混凝土层的底部设有连接管,用于连接护栏安装地基;所述纤维棉层填充在龙镀层和混凝土涂层之间,所谓纤维棉的纤维缝隙间填充有剪切增稠液体STF;所述混凝土层的顶部设有剪切增稠液体STF出口,所述混凝土层的底部设有剪切增稠液体STF入口。本发明的有益效果是:在护栏受到车辆撞击等外力作用时,能够通过吸收外力的方式,来减少撞击时对车辆的反作用力,减轻车辆受损,保护乘车人员安全,同时减少车辆破坏护栏冲入桥下的事故发生。
