The invention relates to a bolted, prefabricated and assembled bridge guardrail lifting and transforming structure. The bolted, prefabricated and assembled bridge guardrail lifting and transforming structure comprises a concrete base, prefabricated concrete beam sections, large-diameter high-strength bolts and connecting pieces. A plurality of prefabricated concrete beam sections are arranged at the top of the concrete base, and every two adjacent prefabricated concrete beam sections are connected through a connecting piece; the connecting piece comprises an L-shaped bolt, a steel plate and channel steel; and a large-diameter high-strength bolt is arranged in the concrete base. The basic structure and the slope form of the concrete base are reserved, the main bearing capacity of the concrete base and connection between the concrete base and a bridge structure are not changed, the transformation cost is effectively saved, the construction period is effectively shortened, the prefabricated concrete beam sections are additionally arranged, the connecting pieces are embedded in the prefabricated concrete beam sections, and therefore field connection operation is rapid and convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved. Hoisting installation is adopted on site, the deployment and control time in the operation period is greatly shortened, the prefabricated concrete beam segments do not need to be maintained after being installed, the protection capacity can be rapidly provided, and the influence on traffic operation in the transformation construction period is reduced.
本发明涉及一种栓接预制装配的桥梁护栏提升改造结构,包括混凝土基座、预制混凝土梁节段、大直径高强螺栓和连接件。混凝土基座顶部设有多个预制混凝土梁节段,相邻两个预制混凝土梁节段通过连接件相连接;连接件包括L型螺栓、钢板和槽钢;混凝土基座内设有大直径高强螺栓。本发明保留了混凝土基座的基本结构和坡面形式,混凝土基座的主要承载能力和与桥梁结构连接不变,有效的节省了改造费用和工期,增设预制混凝土梁节段,预制混凝土梁节段内预埋有连接件,使得现场连接作业快速便捷,现场采用吊装安装大幅减少运营期间的布控时间,且预制混凝土梁节段安装后无需养生,可以快速提供防护能力,降低了改造施工期间对交通运营的影响。
