The large-span basket lifting bridge arch foot positioning system comprises a bottom plate, a plurality of installation rods, a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders and a plurality of pressing plates, the installation rods are symmetrically installed on the lower wall face of the bottom plate in pairs, and the first hydraulic cylinders are installed at one ends of the installation rods respectively. The bottom plate is placed on the skewback, the skewback is pressed by the pressing plates through extension of the first hydraulic cylinders, so that the bottom plate is located in the center of the skewback, the system is fixed, the working time of the system in the installation position is shortened, the opposite-pulling lead screw is rotated through the power part, the distance between the adjusting parts on the two sides is adjusted through the moving part, and the system is convenient to use. The distance between the adjusting parts is made to be matched with the width of the arch springing, then the multiple pairs of holding parts are adjusted according to the installation height of the arch springing and the arc trend of the arch springing, the arch springing is right in the installation position after being placed on the multiple pairs of holding parts, and operation and building of the system are facilitated.
本发明公开了一种大跨度提篮桥拱脚定位系统,包括底板、若干个安装杆、若干个第一液压缸以及若干个压板,若干个所述安装杆两两对称安装于底板下壁面上,若干个所述第一液压缸分别安装于若干个所述安装杆一端。本发明将底板放置在拱座上,通过若干个第一液压缸伸长,使若干个压板压紧拱座,底板因此位于拱座中心,系统实现了固定,缩短了系统安装位置时使用的工时,通过动力部使对拉丝杆转动,通过移动部调节两侧调节部之间的距离,使调节部之间的距离与拱脚宽度相匹配,随后根据拱脚的安装高度以及拱脚弧形趋势调节若干对架持部,使拱脚放置在若干对架持部上后,正好在安装位置,便于系统的操作以及搭建。
