The invention provides a construction method for blocking and reinforcing protection of a defective diaphragm wall under a water-rich silt stratum. The construction method comprises the steps of backfilling and back pressing of the defective diaphragm wall, drilling and coring of the defective diaphragm wall, MJS construction method pile construction, additional arrangement of a supporting enclosing purlin, cleaning of the defective diaphragm wall, blocking of a steel plate, concrete pouring, observation of foundation pit leakage, understanding of monitoring data conditions and the like. In the blocking and reinforcing protection construction of the defective diaphragm wall, the enclosing purlins are additionally arranged, the blocking steel plates are adopted for rapid blocking, and the MJS construction method and other technologies are combined, so that a set of key construction technology is formed.
